The A line of the city-wide Unitrans bus system has a stop a quarter-mile from the Center for Mind and Brain.

- Take the Unitrans A Line from the Silo Terminal on campus
- Exit the bus at Fifth Street and Spafford Street, the bus stop closest to the CMB
- Go to the east end of the building at the southeast corner of Spafford and Fifth

- Walk south on the bike path that begins there, and follow the bike path as it curves left

- At the first opening in the fence, turn right (south) onto the path that leads to the CMB's north parking lot
Turn into parking lot at the back of the CMB building
- The CMB main building (267) will be on your right; the front entrance is on the south side of the building

- For 202 Cousteau, pass 267 then turn left and follow the sidewalk toward Cousteau Place. Walk south on Cousteau toward Second Street; 202 Cousteau will be on your left.
