Clinton Johns' area of research is psycholinguistics, investigating the ways in which memory processes subserve language comprehension. Current research focuses on coreference and the role of real-world reference in language processing. He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MA and Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
