Dr. Rivera receives a mentor-based fellowship from Autism Speaks.

This two-year fellowship will support Dr. Rivera and her graduate student, Kami Koldewyn, in studying visual motion perception in those with autism.  Designed in collaboration with another CMB scientist, Dr. David Whitney, as well as with researchers at the UC Davis M.I.N.D. institute, the study will assess visual motion perception through the use of both psychophysical and brain imaging techniques.
